Over the last ten years, there has been one series of books that can be described as being a global phenomenon. Penned by an unknown British author named Joanne Rowling, who writes under the name of J.K. Rowling to ensure that males wouldn’t avoid reading her book because she was a female writer, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone was a massive hit when it was released in June 1997. Although her editor originally advised her to get a day job because there was little chance for a writer to make money in the children’s book market, J.K Rowling has become the highest earning novelist in the history of literature. Her harry potter books have sold over 325 million copies throughout the world and the upcoming release of the seventh and final harry potter book on July 21 is highly anticipated. Following the sixth book, harry potter and the half blood prince or harry potter 6 as it’s often called, harry potter 7 or harry potter and the deathly hallows is arguably the most anticipated book in literary history. As harry potter rumors circulate and the harry potter 5 movie, harry potter and the order of the phoenix released on July 11, fans of Harry Potter are eager to read how this captivating series about a boy wizard who may or may not be evil will end up. With JK Rowling herself stirring the pot by suggesting that two of the main characters in the harry potter series will die, fans are eager to find out how the series will end right now rather than wait until the book’s release. This is where problems have come in.

 

Up to now, the harry potter books have been relatively leak free, as the publishers of Harry Potter has always been able to threaten book sellers with refusing to provide them with the next Harry Potter book if they were found to distribute the book earlier. However, as this is the final Harry Potter book, these book distributors do not have to worry about losing the big sales of the next Harry Potter book as there isn’t one. People that have been desperately searching for harry potter book 7 spoilers have had their dreams come true and more than they can bargain for. A set of photographs surfaced online that purported to be photos of each of the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 759 pages. Other additional versions of the book has appeared online in the past few weeks, which makes it difficult for harry potter lovers to ascertain which version is the real harry potter book 7 spoilers. Although these sets of advanced leaks appear to be much ado about nothing, JK Rowling and her lawyer have admitted that some of the online leaks are actually genuine. With Harry Potter fanatics frantically searching through these purported real versions of harry potter book 7 so they can learn how the series will end before the book’s release, the publishers of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows are concerned that these eager beavers will ruin the end of the series for many Harry Potter fans that are waiting for the book to be officially released. With just a few days before the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, many people are watching how the Harry Potter leaks issue will affect the sales of the book. To be fair though, piracy of books through the Internet seems to be not as big of an issue as it is with harry potter movies or music, as most people would prefer to not read a 759 page book from a computer screen.
